Buying the books
The site doesn’t sell anything itself. The store links take you to other companies (such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble and BookBaby), whose own terms, prices and policies apply to anything you buy there.
Links to other sites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. I don’t control those sites and am not responsible for their content, privacy practices or accessibility.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is”. I try to keep it accurate and available, but can’t promise that it will always be complete, current, error-free or online.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Luke Gherardi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or of sites it links to. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy and accessibility
How the site handles information is explained in the Privacy Policy. How it is made accessible, and how to get help, is explained on the Accessibility page.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
